A snapshot from the VR version of the Sound Forest.

This is a project made in the course DT2213 Musical Communication and Music Technology at KTH in collaboration with the Swedish Museum of Performing Arts in Stockholm. It is inspired by the interactive musical installation the Sound Forest exhibited at the museum, with the purpose of being a promotion tool directed to people not physically able to come and visit the museum. In the virtual sound forest the player is located in a mysterious forest during nighttime and can musically interact with the trees of the forest by plucking them in different ways. The VR-environment was created in Unity. My main responsibility was the sound design and musical composition, using SuperCollider, Audacity and Pro Tools.
